Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. Supervise customer service levels on the showroom, ensuring execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail returns and exchanges efficiently. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, verifying money deposits, and securing the building. Ensure team members adhere to schedules and clock in/out according to policy. This Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, operations, and shift management when leaders are absent. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
