Retail Service Specialist-1

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervise service levels in the showroom, and manage day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities include guiding team execution of customer service programs, processing buy online/ship to store and transfers, handling special orders and outside purchases, processing returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, coordinating merchandising tasks, enforcing work schedules, and performing opening/closing duties including deposits and security checks. The role also involves shift management in the absence of store leadership, and encourages bilingual capabilities to support diverse customers. Preferred qualifications include retail auto-parts experience, ASE and RSS certifications, and fluency in Spanish.
