Job Summary
Make regularly scheduled store visits to ensure inline General Merchandise categories are well stocked and maintained. Place and maintain promotional displays, complete resets, and keep sections blocked and free of debris. Build relationships with store managers and employees while ensuring planogram compliance and tag/price accuracy. Reorder products and manage back stock to maintain inventory levels for inline sections, power panels, and cross merchandise. Prepare and complete weekly service reports for submission via tablet. Work a daytime schedule of 14 hours per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, with travel required to Great Barrington, Lennox, and Pittsfield, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Your Own/Reliable Transportation
- Ability to read and write short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Fridays; 14 hrs/week
- Travel required to Great Barrington MA, Lennox MA, Pittsfield MA
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, grocery, food service, or merchandising is preferred
- Knowledge of product and/or experience with merchandising general merchandise or health and beauty care products preferred
- Basic computer skills – requiring able to use a log in and password and follow simple instructions
