Job Summary
Make regularly scheduled store visits to ensure inline General Merchandise categories are well stocked and maintained. Place and maintain promotional displays, complete resets, and stock merchandise while keeping sections blocked and free of debris. Reorder products, maintain inventory levels for inline sections, and ensure planogram compliance at the shelf. Tag and price items according to compliance standards, manage back stock, and prepare weekly service reports for submission via tablet. Build relationships with store managers and employees while addressing basic store-level issues across assigned locations in Rowley and Lynn, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance

- Wednesday: flex day between Rowley MA, Lynn MA

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, grocery, or merchandising
- Knowledge of product and/or experience with merchandising general merchandise or health and beauty care products
- Basic computer skills – requiring able to use a log in and password and follow simple instructions
