Job Summary
Provide essential support to the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers and connecting them with a sales consultant, demonstrating company technology, maintaining accessible and clean sales floors, inspecting and stocking inventory, handling receiving and back-of-house duties, conducting weekly cycle counts, and contributing to process improvements. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and move throughout the store, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to operating principles to drive customer satisfaction and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years work experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- strong communication and customer service skills
