Job Summary
Activate new devices and BYOD to the network while guiding customers through tablet setup, connectivity options, and wearable device pairing. Troubleshoot complex device or service issues, assist with account security and device recovery, and perform in-depth diagnostics to resolve connectivity problems. Manage SIM or eSIM activations, process returns and exchanges, and fulfill on-demand deliveries and BAPIS pickups. Maintain store cleanliness, inspect back-of-house inventory, and ensure counters and walkways remain accessible.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 0-2 Years Comcast Relevant Work Experience
