Job Summary
Retail Senior Manager is a senior leader overseeing multiple retail locations and the eCommerce business, focusing on leading, coaching, and developing a team of managers (store managers, distribution center, buying office and eCommerce/merchandising leaders). Drives alignment across channels, builds leadership capability at every level, and executes strategy, culture, and performance standards while coordinating ordering and distribution of resort uniforms. Responsibilities include coaching managers, conducting performance reviews and development planning, building succession plans, ensuring consistent leadership across locations, fostering a guest-first, results-driven culture, driving accountability for sales, payroll, inventory, and guest experience (NPS), and organizing safety training. Requires 5+ years of retail leadership, multi-unit/omnichannel experience, and a valid driver’s license; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Square and Yellow Dog Software experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail leadership experience with direct oversight of multiple managers
- Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Experience in multi-unit and omnichannel retail environments
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Square and Yellow Dog Software a plus
