Job Summary
Provide enthusiastic customer service while customers shop and purchase products, ensuring every customer has a wonderful experience. Deliver exceptional service by understanding individual needs and suggestively selling items that customers would enjoy. Maintain company Vision, Mission, and Values while operating within a store environment across 12 states. Perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking 4-10 hours daily, and climbing ladders. Requires strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills alongside basic math and register operation abilities. Flexible availability including rotating weekends is essential for this full-time role.
