Job Summary
Retail Selling Support Associate for Women's Clothing at Macy’s Wiregrass, part-time. You’ll greet customers, engage in genuine conversations, and circulate the sales floor to understand needs, promote loyalty benefits, and guide customers through a seamless shopping journey. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise standards, assisting with fitting rooms and fulfillment, recovering the floor, updating signs/pricing, and supporting merchandise moves, all while delivering friendly hospitality and achieving sales goals. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and creating a welcoming shopping environment, with flexible availability including weekends. Proficiency with electronic devices and cash register operations is required, along with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. This position is part-time with weekend shifts and schedules typically 12-24 hours per week, and requires English comprehension for policies and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
