Job Summary
Greet customers, build relationships, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey by actively circulating the sales floor. Maintain merchandise standards by recovering the floor, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves while ensuring fitting rooms and the sales space remain clean and organized. Share loyalty program benefits, acquire new customers by opening credit accounts, and process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers. Meet daily sales goal challenges and finish strong by ending interactions with sincere thank-yous. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours per week including weekends; part-time roles require 12-24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities

- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
