Job Summary
Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey while actively circulating the sales floor to understand their needs. Maintain merchandise standards by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves to ensure a polished environment. Share loyalty program benefits, assist with fulfillment, and help keep the shopping space clean and organized. Work 12-24 hours per week with weekend shifts, meeting daily sales goals and collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities

- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
