Job Summary
Greet customers, make eye contact, and engage in friendly conversations to build relationships and drive sales. Circulate the sales floor to understand needs, share loyalty program benefits, and guide shoppers through a seamless experience. Maintain merchandise standards by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Ensure the shopping space remains clean, organized, and inviting while assisting with fulfillment and register transactions. Finish strong by ensuring customers have everything they need and ending interactions with a sincere thank-you.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
