Job Summary
Greet customers, build personal relationships, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey while actively circulating the sales floor. Maintain merchandise standards by recovering the floor, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves to ensure a polished environment. Share loyalty program benefits, acquire new customers by opening credit accounts, and finish strong with sincere thank-yous. Review daily sales goals, learn about new arrivals and trends, and use handheld equipment to process register transactions. Work weekends and holidays as part of the schedule, adapting to changing priorities while collaborating with teammates to achieve store results.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
