Job Summary
Retail Selling Support Associate for Macy's Women's Clothing at Bay Shore, NY. You’ll engage customers through warm conversations, share loyalty benefits, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey. Responsibilities include circulating the sales floor, maintaining merchandise standards, supporting fitting rooms and fulfillment, updating signs and pricing, recovering the floor, and helping customers with credit accounts and upselling to meet daily goals. Strong product knowledge, hospitality mindset, teamwork, and the ability to operate a cash register are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Reading and understanding employment policies and safety rules in English
- Standing for long periods and physical tasks as described (lifting, etc.)
