Job Summary
Greet customers, build personal relationships, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey by sharing loyalty program benefits and educating them on new arrivals. Circulate the sales floor to recover merchandise, update signs and pricing, maintain fitting rooms, and ensure the space remains clean and organized. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers while meeting daily sales goal challenges. Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
