Job Summary
Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and guide them through the shopping journey while actively circulating the sales floor. Maintain merchandise standards by recovering the floor, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Ensure the fitting rooms and sales space remain clean, organized, and inviting. Share loyalty program benefits, assist with fulfillment, and help maintain a polished, shop-ready environment. Work as part of a team to meet daily sales goals and achieve store results.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities

- You can handle electronic devices with no problem
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
