Job Summary
Retail Clothing Selling Support colleagues engage customers with hospitality and fashion knowledge, circulate the sales floor to understand needs, promote loyalty benefits, guide customers through a seamless shopping journey, help maintain merchandise standards and shop presentation, assist with fitting rooms and fulfillment, and support achieving sales goals as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication, customer-focused service, familiarity with POS systems, and a passion for fashion are key to delivering an inviting, on-brand shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or retail is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Comfort with standing for extended periods and light lifting
- Willingness to work weekends/evenings as needed
