Job Summary
Greet customers, build relationships, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey by actively circulating the sales floor to understand needs and share loyalty program benefits. Maintain merchandise standards by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves to ensure a polished, shop-ready environment. Assist with fulfillment, process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers, and help keep the shopping space clean and organized. Work full-time hours (30+ per week) with weekend shifts, meeting daily sales goals while collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional hospitality and support store results.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
