Job Summary
Retail Security supervisor responsible for overseeing security operations at a retail location while delivering strong customer service aligned with our mission. The role requires facilitating progressive change, collaborating with other employees, following directions, and continually improving security practices. Must communicate clearly (oral and written) and be able to perform physical duties (see and hear clearly, lift up to 25 lbs, sit/stand as required) to protect customers and staff. Minimum qualifications include 18+ years of age, ability to pass a background check, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Clear a criminal background check
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to facilitate progressive change, getting along with other employees, following directions and continually improving
- Clear and effective oral and written communications skills
