Job Summary
Retail Security Supervisor responsible for security operations and customer service in a retail environment; demonstrates strong customer service orientation, facilitates progressive change, and communicates clearly (oral and written). Duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Clear a criminal background check
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to facilitate progressive change
- Clear and effective oral and written communications skills
- Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or customers
- Duties other than those expressly specified may be assigned from time to time
