Job Summary
Oversee retail security operations and customer service alignment; ensure effective customer interactions and adherence to policies. Demonstrates strong customer service orientation, effective oral and written communication, and the ability to facilitate progressive change. Must meet the minimum qualifications including age requirement, background check clearance, and a high school diploma or GED. Physical duties include the ability to communicate clearly, push/pull/carry up to 25 lbs, evacuations, and standing for long periods. Duties may be assigned as needed by the employer.
