Retail Security supervisor

Oversee security operations in a retail environment; maintain a customer-service oriented security posture; communicate clearly (oral and written); facilitate progressive change and collaboration with other employees by following directions and continually improving; ensure safety compliance and readiness for evacuations; duties may be assigned beyond those listed. Physical demands include seeing, hearing, speaking and writing clearly, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capability to push/pull/carry and lift up to 25 lbs as needed in the facility.
