Job Summary
Patrol retail store premises, speak with customers and staff, and hand out baskets while greeting visitors. Investigate disturbances, monitor entry and exit points, and operate theft-detecting devices. Confidently call for help in emergencies and effectively deal with large crowds to build positive customer relations. This full-time role requires an SIA License, 5-year checkable work history, and physical fitness to work 40 hours per week including weekends. Upon transfer to the client after 12 weeks, officers receive benefits such as SIA renewal, private medical cover, and childcare vouchers.
Required Qualifications
- SIA License
- Customer service skills
- Understanding of ASCONE and SAFER Approach
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- 5-year checkable work/career history
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work weekends
