Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for controlling entrances, patrolling facilities and perimeters, escorting materials/personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and performing special assignments as directed. Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service while staying vigilant, reporting suspicious activity, and adhering to post orders and emergency procedures. Key duties include monitoring cameras, completing Daily Activity and Incident Reports, supporting loss-prevention efforts, and staying updated on revisions to post orders. Skills include clear communication, teamwork, ability to handle multiple priorities, and knowledge of life safety systems and access control. DUTIES may vary by department and post; ADA accommodations may be provided as needed. This role requires punctuality, reliability, and a proactive approach to security and customer service.
