Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders, including controlling entrances, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting material/personnel, and monitoring for suspicious activity. Maintain professional image and deliver strong customer service while coordinating with local law enforcement and fire departments. Prepare reports (Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports) and stay current with emergency procedures and post orders; communicate effectively with Security Supervisor and customers. Ensure operation of life safety systems and equipment, and adapt to post-specific duties as assigned.
