Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service while controlling entrances, movements of pedestrians and vehicles, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting material and personnel, inspecting security and exposed life-safety risks, and handling special assignments. Be punctual, greet customers and colleagues, stay current with post orders, monitor cameras, report incidents via logs and reports, support safety and loss-prevention processes, and operate life-safety systems and related equipment as required.
