Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for providing security detail per post orders, establishing relationships with customers, local law enforcement, and fire departments; maintain professional image and deliver excellent customer service; control entrances and pedestrian/vehicle traffic; patrol buildings and perimeters; escort materials and personnel; inspect security and fire exposures; perform special assignments; stay informed of post orders and ADA requirements; report to post in uniform, greet customers politely, monitor alarms and cameras, maintain documentation (Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports), and contribute to loss prevention and safety improvements. Skills include vigilance, teamwork, strong communication, urgency, and adherence to emergency procedures.
