Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail and maintain professional customer service while patrolling facilities, controlling entrances and vehicle/pedestrian traffic, escorting materials/personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and following post orders. Maintain knowledge of post orders, emergency procedures, life safety systems, CCTV and related equipment; communicate security issues daily with supervisors; prepare reports (Daily Activity, Incident, Log Book) and participate in ongoing loss prevention efforts. Be on time in full uniform, greet customers/visitors/employees, and adapt to varying post assignments; collaborate with security teams and customers to ensure safe operations and quick response to incidents. Duties may vary by location and post; duties may include special assignments and compliance with ADA requirements.
