Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for security detail per post orders, controlling entrances, patrolling property, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain professional image, provide excellent customer service, greet customers/visitors/employees, stay aware of post order revisions, monitor cameras/equipment, know emergency procedures, complete Daily Activity Reports/Incident Reports/Log Books, report security issues to the Security Supervisor, and ensure life safety systems and access controls (elevators, doors) operate safely. duties may vary by post; ADA accommodations may be provided; collaborate with customers and local agencies as needed.
