Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders with professional image and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include controlling entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, handling special assignments, and maintaining knowledge of emergency policies. Must be on time, greet customers politely, monitor cameras, report in daily activity and incident reports, and communicate issues to the Security Supervisor. Skills emphasized include vigilance, strong customer service, teamwork, ability to handle multiple priorities, and effective written and oral communications.
