Retail Security Officer

Job Summary
Provide security detail at assigned location following post orders; patrol buildings and perimeters, control entrances and movement of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, escort materials and personnel, inspect security and fire exposures, monitor cameras, and respond to emergencies. Maintain a professional image with customers, visitors, and employees; patrol or fixed post, report suspicious activity, and complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports. Stay current with post orders revisions, collaborate with security teams and local responders, and ensure compliance with life safety procedures and customer requirements. Strong customer service, vigilance, teamwork, and clear written and oral communication are essential.
