Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail as outlined in post orders and establish relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Patrol of buildings and perimeters; control entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles; escort material and personnel; inspect security and fire exposures; maintain professional image and deliver excellent customer service; monitor cameras; report incidents; complete daily activity and incident reports; advise management on safety and loss-prevention improvements; knowledge of life-safety systems and associated equipment; ensure compliance with post orders and emergency procedures; communicate with Security Supervisor on new issues or changes.
