Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for providing security detail per post orders, interfacing with customers and local authorities, and maintaining a professional image. Duties include controlling entrances and pedestrian/vehicle traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, handling special assignments, and reporting through Daily Activity/Incident reports. Emphasis on customer service, vigilance, and knowledge of emergency procedures, CCTV systems, access control, and life-safety equipment. Must be on time in full uniform, communicate effectively, stay updated on post orders, and collaborate with security teams to ensure safety and loss prevention. Location-based role in Jamison, PA under Andy Frain Services guidance.
