Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Duties include controlling entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and completing daily reports. Maintain a professional image with strong customer service, greet customers and employees, stay informed of post orders, monitor cameras, know emergency procedures, and communicate security issues to the Security Supervisor. Flexible to post assignments with emphasis on vigilance, teamwork, and adherence to post orders.
