Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for controlling entrances and movement, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and performing special assignments. Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, visitors, and employees. Stay up-to-date with post orders, monitor cameras/equipment, report incidents, complete daily activity and incident reports, and contribute to safety and loss-prevention processes. Knowledge of life-safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, and other equipment to ensure safe operation; able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team with urgency and discipline. Duties may vary by post and geography, with accommodations for ADA requirements; duties also include responding to alarms and emergencies as described by post orders.
