Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail as described in post orders for a retail environment, including controlling entrances, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and completing required reports. Must maintain a professional image with customers and staff, greet visitors, stay vigilant, monitor cameras, be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and post orders, and communicate security issues to the supervisor. Strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential; familiarity with life safety systems, CCTV, and access controls is expected. Duties may vary by post, and accommodations for ADA requirements may be provided.
