Job Summary
Retail Security Officer responsible for providing security detail per post orders, controlling entrances and movement, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, monitoring CCTV and emergency procedures, and maintaining a professional image with strong customer service. Duties include reporting incidents through Daily Activity Reports and incident logs, staying up-to-date with post orders, coordinating with security supervisors, and communicating effectively with customers, visitors, and employees. Requires vigilance, honesty, disciplined work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while following safety and loss-prevention procedures.
