Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail as outlined in post orders, including control of entrances and movement of pedestrian/vehicle traffic, patrol of buildings and perimeters, escort of material and personnel, inspection of security and fire exposures, and completion of required reports. Maintain a professional image and strong customer service while coordinating with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Responsibilities include greeting customers, staying current with post orders, monitoring cameras, reporting suspicious activity, responding to emergencies, and ensuring life safety systems and access controls operate properly. Prepare Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, and other relevant documentation, and participate in training and compliance as directed by the customer and supervisor.
