Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders; patrol physical property and perimeters, control entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, and escort material and personnel. Inspect security and fire exposures, perform special assignments, and maintain a professional image with excellent customer service. Be on time, report to post in full uniform, stay informed on post orders, monitor cameras and emergency procedures, complete Daily Activity Reports and incident reports, and coordinate with Security Supervisor. Knowledge of life safety systems and related equipment, and ability to report suspicious activity and respond to incidents. Responsibilities may vary by department/post; willingness to adapt to ADA accommodations and evolving post orders. Maintain vigilance, communicate effectively, and support loss prevention processes while ensuring safety.” ,
