Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for security duties across entrances and perimeters, patrols of buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and completing required security reports. Maintain professional image and deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and employees, remaining vigilant, and staying informed on post orders and emergency procedures. Duties include monitoring cameras and equipment, reporting suspicious activity, responding to alarms or incidents, and applying life-safety knowledge (fire panels, CCTV, elevators, access doors). Will perform special assignments as needed, communicate issues daily to Security Supervisor, and contribute to loss prevention and safety improvements. Must be punctual, posture in uniform, and work collaboratively within the security team to adapt to varying post orders and locations.
