Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish professional relationships with customers and local authorities. Patrol buildings and perimeters, control entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, escort material and personnel, inspect security and fire exposures, and handle special assignments. Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service; be proactive in knowing post orders, monitor cameras, report incidents, complete reports, and support safety and loss-prevention processes. Must be able to respond to alarms and emergencies and communicate effectively with Security Supervisors and customers.
