Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail as outlined in post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service while patrolling buildings and perimeters, controlling entrances and movement of traffic, escorting material and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, handling special assignments, and completing reports. Stay up-to-date with post orders, monitor cameras for suspicious activity, respond to incidents per emergency procedures, and communicate with Security Supervisor to address issues. Ability to greet customers and visitors professionally, work as part of a team, and adapt to varying post assignments.
