Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for controlling entrances and movement, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting material/personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Must maintain professional image, deliver excellent customer service, greet customers and staff, stay updated on post orders, report suspicious activity, monitor cameras, know emergency procedures, complete incident and activity reports, and contribute to loss-prevention improvements. Strong communication, teamwork, urgency, and adherence to post-specific duties are essential; role may vary by post, and accommodations for ADA requirements may be provided.
