Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail as described in post orders and establish professional relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Maintain a professional image and deliver strong customer service while patrolling buildings and perimeters, controlling entrances, escorting materials and personnel, and monitoring cameras and equipment. Prepare and submit Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports and other relevant documents. Stay informed of all post orders and safety procedures, including life safety systems, fire panels and elevators, and collaborate with the customer and team to maintain security and loss-prevention standards.
