Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail as outlined in post orders and maintain a professional image while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include controlling entrances and movement of traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain punctuality, greet customers and staff professionally, stay updated on post orders, monitor cameras as defined, report incidents and ensure emergency procedures are understood. Duties may vary by post and location; ADA accommodations may be provided. Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills, plus the ability to work with a sense of urgency and collaborate with a team, are required.
