Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for controlling entrances and movement, patrolling facilities and perimeters, escorting materials/personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain professional image, deliver excellent customer service, greet customers/visitors, stay updated on post orders, monitor cameras/equipment per post requirements, file Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, and communicate security issues to supervisors. Possess knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, and related equipment; ensure operation of elevators and access doors; support training and compliance with customer requirements and applicable regulations. Ability to work as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and respond to emergencies with vigilance and urgency.
