Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for controlling entrances and movement of pedestrian/vehicle traffic; patrolling buildings and perimeters; escorting material and personnel; inspecting security and fire exposures; and performing special assignments. Maintain a professional image with excellent customer service, greet customers/visitors/employees, stay aware of post orders, monitor cameras, report incidents through Daily Activity Reports/Incident Reports, and communicate security issues to the Security Supervisor. Knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, elevators, and access doors is expected; role may involve modifying duties per post orders and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position emphasizes vigilance, teamwork, urgency, and adaptability to varying post assignments.
