Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for providing security detail per post orders, establishing professional relationships with customers, law enforcement and fire departments. Duties include controlling entrances and movement of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, completing Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, monitoring cameras, and maintaining a professional image with excellent customer service. Must stay aware of post orders, be proactive about revisions, report suspicious activity and incidents, and know emergency procedures and life-safety systems.
