Retail Security Officer

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service while patrolling entrances and perimeters, controlling movement of pedestrians and vehicles, escorting materials/personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and performing special assignments. Maintain knowledge of post orders, emergency procedures, and life-safety systems (including CCTV and fire panels); report safety or security issues via Daily Activity Reports, log books, and incident reports; coordinate with Security Supervisor and management to improve safety and loss prevention. Must be on time, in full uniform, greet customers/visitors/employees, and work with a sense of urgency in a team environment.
