Retail Security Officer

Retail Security Officer responsible for controlling entrances and pedestrian/vehicle movement, patrolling buildings and perimeters, and escorting materials/personnel. Maintain professional image, provide excellent customer service, monitor security cameras and fire safety systems, complete incident and activity reports, and stay updated with post orders. Collaborate with customers, local law enforcement, and fire departments; adapt duties based on post assignments and organizational needs. Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention processes, and be vigilant in identifying suspicious activity while communicating any security concerns to supervisors.
